Notifications of Transactions of Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

Telecom Plus PLC received notification today that Mr Andrew Lindsay, CEO, has exercised options granted under the 2007 Employee Share Option Plan (the "Plan") over 217,400 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 330.5p per Ordinary Share. In accordance with the rules of the Plan, the Company elected to satisfy these options by transferring 179,115 Ordinary Shares to Mr Lindsay, representing the value of the gain made on these options at the current market price for Ordinary Shares.

Following the exercise of these options, Mr Lindsay sold 179,115 Ordinary Shares on 26 February 2014 for an average price of 1853.34 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, Mr Lindsay continues to hold an interest in 132,312 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.17 per cent. of the total voting rights in the Company. In addition Mr Lindsay holds an interest in 500,000 Ordinary Shares granted in March 2011 under the Company's Joint Share Ownership Plan.
