AIM Rule 17 Schedule Two (g) Update
Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), announces the following information relating to director disclosure under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
On 11 April 2019, the Company announced Alan Donald was appointed as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 24 June 2019. The following information regarding Mr Donald's previously held directorships in the five years prior to 24 June 2019 are as follows:

On 24 November 2017, the Company published its Admission Document, which included information on the directorships of Julian Pancholi, non-executive director of the Company. In addition to the information included in the Admission Document, Mr Pancholi's directorships at that time included Popcorn and Harry Limited and in the previous five years he had held a directorship in Twisted Melon Ltd.
Twisted Melon Ltd was subject to a compulsory strike-off on 20 June 2017. The company was created for an App project that ran from 2012 to 2014. In its operating life, it did not produce any revenue and was subsequently abandoned. There were no external investors or liabilities associated with the company.
