Telford Homes PLC09 November 2006 9 November 2006 Telford Homes Plc ('Telford Homes' or the 'Company') Issue of equity On 9 November 2006, the Company issued and allotted, in total, fully paid828,190 new ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares"), of which 550,000Ordinary Shares were issued to Abacus Trustee Limited, the trustee of theEmployee Benefit Trust, as detailed in the circular sent to shareholders dated28 September 2006 and approved at the EGM held on 23 October 2006. Theremaining 278,190 Ordinary Shares were issued following the exercise of optionsby nine employees under the Company's Inland Revenue approved share optionscheme. Application has been made for 828,190 Ordinary Shares to be admitted totrading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 16 November 2006.
