Telford Homes PLC12 June 2006 Telford Homes Plc ("Telford Homes" or the "Company") Issue of Equity On 12 June 2006, the Company issued and allotted fully paid 321,876 new ordinaryshares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options underthe Company's Inland Revenue approved share option scheme. Seven employees,including the Sales & Marketing Director, Sheena Ellwood, each exercised optionsto purchase 40,268 shares at 74.5p per share and one employee exercised anoption to purchase 40,000 shares at 75p per share. Sheena Ellwood's holdingincreased to 257,728 Ordinary Shares representing 0.85% of the enlarged totalissued share capital.
