Under the terms of the HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan, which is open to all employees, shares for the 2013/14 SIPS were awarded on the 21 March 2014. The maximum allocation of shares per person for the 2013/14 tax year is 1,190 shares plus pro rata dividend shares according to individual holdings.
The table below shows the individual number allocated to each executive and the beneficial interest of all executive and non-executive directors of the Company following the allocation.
