Telford Homes PLC23 November 2006 23 November 2006 Telford Homes Plc ('Telford Homes' or the 'Company') Directors' shareholdings On 22 September 2006, the Board resolved to award a total of 550,000 ordinaryshares at the then market price of 260p per share to senior employees under theterms of a Deferred Payment Share Purchase Plan ("the Plan"). Included withinthis award were 75,000 ordinary shares to each of Sheena Ellwood and JonathanDi-Stefano, Directors. This award was subject to approval of the Plan at theExtraordinary General Meeting held on 23 October 2006. Subsequently 550,000 newordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") were issued to Abacus TrusteeLimited, the trustee of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust. The shares willbe held by the trustee on behalf of the participants and are subject to theterms of the Employee Benefit Trust.
