Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that it has been informed that Katie Rogers, Finance Director, has today exercised 100,000 options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Exercise") and simultaneously sold 55,000 Ordinary Shares at 270 pence, in order to settle the tax due from the Exercise. The options were under the Company's Unapproved Option Scheme and had an exercise price of 79 pence per share.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of 100,000 Ordinary Shares issued as a result of the Exercise. The new Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 4 July 2016.
Following the above transactions, Mrs Rogers' interest in the Company's ordinary Shares has increased to 126,447 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.17% of the current issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
