Directors' Holdings

Under the terms of the HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan, which is open to all employees, shares for the 2009/10 SIPS were awarded today. The maximum allocation of shares per person for the 2009/10 tax year is 5,000 shares plus pro rata dividend shares according to individual holdings.

The table below shows the individual number allocated to each executive and the beneficial interest of all executive and non-executive directors of the Company following the allocation.
