Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it has been informed that on 19 December 2013 David Holland, Non-Executive Director, passed by gift 350,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company to a member of his immediate family. This gift has not altered David Holland's beneficial interest in the ordinary shares in the Company which remains 962,007 ordinary shares representing 1.62% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
