Directors/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it has been informed that on 12 June 2014 Andrew Graham Wiseman, Chairman, James Henry Furlong, Land Director, and David Leonard Durant, Director of Design & Planning each disposed of 5,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Share") for nil consideration as a gift to a mutual friend.

Following the disposal Mr Wiseman is beneficially interested in 2,320,504 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.90% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company, Mr Furlong is beneficially interested in 1,289,860 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.17% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company and Mr Durant is beneficially interested in 1,261,428 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.12% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company
