Directors' Holdings
Under the terms of the HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan, which is open to all employees, shares for the 2009/10 SIPS were awarded today. The maximum allocation of shares per person for the 2009/10 tax year is 5,000 shares plus pro rata dividend shares according to individual holdings.
Following this the table below shows the beneficial interest of all executive and non-executive directors of the Company.
