The Company announces that it has been informed today that the wife of Frank Nelson, Non-Executive Director, has today purchased 12,954 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at the price of 382.5 pence per share. Following this purchase, Frank Nelson is interested in 12,954 Ordinary Shares representing 0.017% of the current issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
