Director's Dealing
TechFinancials (AIM: TECH) was informed today that its Chief Executive Officer, Asaf Lahav, acquired on 3 December 2015 10,000 ordinary shares of US$0.0005 ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 14.5p per Ordinary Share.
Following this share purchase, Mr Lahav holds 9,099,997 Ordinary Shares representing 13.26% of the Company's total voting rights. In addition, Mr Lahav holds 18,621 Ordinary Shares via NetMavrik Limited.
