Notification of transaction of directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility and connected persons

In accordance with DTR3.1.2R, the Company announces that Kevin Johnson, Chairman and joint CEO of CAS and Richard Woodbridge, Finance Director of CAS, each purchased 10 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £10 per Ordinary Share on 21 September 2012. Both Kevin Jackson and Richard Woodbridge now own a total of 10 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.01% of the issued shares capital of the Company) each.
