At this meeting the Supervisory Board also elected Jesus Perez de Uriguen as amember of the Board of Directors of Telefonica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. witheffect as of 1 May 2008, who is to replace Ramon Ros Bigeriego whose resignationtakes effect on 30 April 2008, and re-elected Petr Slovacek and Juraj Sedivy asmembers of the Board of Directors of Telefonica O2 Czech Republic, a.s.
