Tricorn Group PLC02 July 2007 Tricorn Group plc ("the Company") Holding(s) in Company The Company was informed on 29th June 2007 that, subsequent to a purchase ofshares on 28th June 2007, Hargreave Hale Limited has a notifiable interest in5,289,000* ordinary shares representing approximately 17.05% of the votingrights attaching to shares of the capital of the Company. *4,855,000 of these shares are for unit trusts operated by Marlborough FundManagers Ltd, for which Hargreave Hale manages the investments on adiscretionary basis.
