Tricorn Group PLC17 October 2007 Tricorn Group plc ("the Company") Holding(s) in Company The Company was informed on 17th October 2007 that Hargreave Hale Limited has anotifiable interest in 5,244,000* ordinary shares representing approximately16.91% of the voting rights attaching to shares of the capital of the Company. *4,725,000 of these shares are for unit trusts operated by Marlborough FundManagers Ltd, for which Hargreave Hale manages the investments on adiscretionary basis.
