Total Voting Rights
In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:
During the month of March 2014, 360,387 options over Telit ordinary shares were exercised. In addition, 2,255,943 ordinary shares were issued to NXP B.V. pursuant to Telit's announcement earlier today.
Accordingly, the issued share capital of Telit, as at 31 March 2014, comprises 112,581,621 ordinary shares of 1 penny each, each with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.
The above figure of 112,581,621 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Telit under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
