The Company announces that it has given notices to the Trustee releasing Thomas Cook Airlines Scandinavia A/S as a Guarantor in respect of the Sterling Notes and the Euro Notes on 11 May 2012. Notice will be given to Noteholders in accordance with the Conditions. Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings given in the respective Conditions of each of the Sterling Notes and the Euro Notes.
