Further to the announcement on 3 June 2013 of the results of its General Meeting, the Company confirms that, pursuant to the Placing and Rights Issue announced on 16 May 2013, 87,591,241Placing Shares of €0.01 each and Nil Paid Rights to subscribe for 409,029,271 New Ordinary Shares of €0.01 each will be admitted to listing on the premium segment of the Official List of the UKLA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities at 8.00 a.m. on 5 June 2013.
