Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
TP ICAP plc (the "Company") hereby notifies the market of the following attached individual notification, relating to the granted awards over ordinary shares of the Company (the "Company Shares") under the rules of the TP ICAP plc Executive Director Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Plan").
The number of Company Shares that will vest on the Normal Vesting Date are subject to the Rules of the applicable Plan. The Normal Vesting Date is the third anniversary of the date of grant, i.e. 21 June 2021. Any portion of the award that does not meet the vesting conditions will lapse.
The notifications were made under article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR").
