Board Committee Changes

TP ICAP plc is pleased to announce that David Shalders, currently interim Chair of the Board's Risk Committee, will now become Chair of the Board's Risk Committee on a permanent basis and is appointed a member of the Audit Committee with immediate effect.

In addition, Angela Knight, non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee, is appointed to the Risk Committee with immediate effect.

There are no other details that are required to be disclosed in respect of these appointments under Paragraph 9.6.11R(3) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
