Announcement re Interim Results

On 19 September 2014 the Group's shares were suspended pending further evaluation of its position and future structure in the light of financial uncertainty facing the Group.

The Group confirms that this uncertainty continues and as a result the Group will not be able to publish its interim accounts for the six months to 30 June 2014 by the required deadline of 30 September 2014.

The shares remain suspended. The Directors of ECV continue to evaluate the options available the Group and further announcements will follow in due course.
