Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) announces that following the purchase of ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Shares”) on 31 July 2015 under the terms of the Tate & Lyle PLC Dividend Reinvestment Plan (“DRIP”), the Company has today been informed that the following Directors of the Company have acquired interests in additional Shares at a purchase price of 548.85 pence per Share:
