Tate & Lyle PLC (the 'Company') has been informed that on 12 August 2021, Jim Stutelberg, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, sold 110,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') at a sale price of 730.01 pence per Share.
Mr. Stutelberg continues to comply with the Executive Shareholding Policy of three times base salary.
