Tate & Lyle underwent a consolidation of share capital on 3 May 2022 on the basis of 6 new ordinary shares of 29 1/6 pence nominal capital for every 7 existing ordinary shares of 25 pence nominal capital held.

The opening balance together with the number of shares issued under the blocklisting up to 2 May 2022 have been adjusted to reflect the post-consolidation (i.e. current) share capital of the Company, and include a balancing allotment of 3 existing ordinary shares taken from the blocklisting for this purpose.
