Grant of Options
The Company announces that on 27 June 2011 it granted the following options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Options") to certain directors of the Company ("Directors"): -

In addition, the Company announces the grant of 240,000 new Options to another employee.
The new Options granted to the Directors and employee are being issued pursuant to the Company's share option plan for approved awards and also as unapproved options. The Options are exercisable subject to the share price of the Company having a closing mid-market price of £1.00 for fifteen (15) consecutive trading days.
Following the grant of the new Options, the total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under option which could be issued is 4,247,940 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 8.9 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
