TAP's unaudited NAVper Ordinary Share as at 31 December 2006 was 117.0 pence compared with 115.2pence at 30 September 2006. The NAV figure incorporates the external portfolio valuation at 31 December2006. The NAV attributable to Ordinary Shares is calculated under InternationalFinancial Reporting Standards.
