Board Changes

TAP today announces the appointment of Peter Batchelor, Paul Cookson and David Williams as  non-executive directors of the Company, the resignation of Christopher Norman Fish as non-executive chairman of the Company and the resignations of Caroline Mary Burton and Nicholas Charles Moncreiff Renny as non-executive directors of the Company. The new Board would like to thank the outgoing directors for their contributions to the Company in the last five years.

All changes take effect on 21 September 2009.

Messrs Batchelor and Williams hold or have held the following directorships in other publicly quoted companies in the previous 5 years:

Mr Cookson has held no directorships in other publicly quoted companies at any time in the previous 5 years.

David Williams is a director of RMS Communications Plc. On 15 September 1999, the Official Receiver applied for, and was granted, an order to wind this company up. The Official Receiver made a further application on 22 June 2000 to defer the dissolution of this company so as to take effect on 22 June 2002. By an order of the Companies Court on 10 February 2004, this company was restored to the companies register with the dissolution being declared void. RMS Communications Plc remains in liquidation. 

There is no further information which would require disclosure under sub-paragraphs 9.6.13(2) to (6) of the UKLA Listing Rules.
