Director's Share Purchase
SysGroup PLC (AIM: SYS), the award winning Managed IT Services and Cloud Hosting provider, announces that is has received notification that on 8 February 2019, Adam Binks, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 41.33p for the benefit of his SIPP.
Following the share purchase Adam Binks' interest in the Company has increased to 156,042 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.67% of the total voting rights of the company.
