Changes to Board Committees

Synthomer plc ("Synthomer") is pleased to announce that with effect from 1 March 2014 Brendan Connolly, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has joined the Audit Committee and has been elected Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, reflecting his expertise in this area.

With effect from the same date, Neil Johnson, the Board Chairman, and Alex Catto, a non-independent non-executive director, have stood down from their positions on the Remuneration and Audit Committees, respectively. Their positions on the Board are unchanged.
