The Company was notified that the wife of Mr.Shaun Robinson, non-executive director, transferred a total of 134,532 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 14.88p per Ordinary Share to her personal ISAs.

Following the above transaction Mr. Robinson remains beneficially interested in 10,912,449 Ordinary Shares, as detailed in the 2016 Annual Report and Accounts, representing approximately 7.3 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
