Director/PDMR Dealing & Holdings in Company
Sirius Minerals Plc ("Sirius" or the "Company") has been notified that, further to admission of the Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer shares to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities on 23 May 2019, the following Directors/PDMRs have acquired shares in the Open Offer and in the following amounts:

1. Shares are held by Scrimshaw Nominees Pty Limited as trustee for The Scrimshaw Family Trust and Scrimshaw Nominees Superannuation Fund, of which Russell Scrimshaw, non-executive Chairman of the Company, is a beneficiary.
2. Shares acquired represent 114,869 ordinary shares acquired through the Open Offer and 100,000 ordinary shares purchased on the open market on 24 May 2019 at an average price of 15.48p.
Holdings in Company
The Company has been notified that Chris Fraser, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, has maintained his beneficial interest in 123,747,368 ordinary shares of the Company. As a result of admission of the Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer shares to trading on 23 May 2019, he has a beneficial interest in the Company's ordinary shares that represents 1.77% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company has also been notified that John Hutton, Non-executive director, has maintained his beneficial interest in 30,856 ordinary shares of the Company. As a result of admission of the Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer shares to trading on 23 May 2019, he has a beneficial interest in the Company's ordinary shares that represents 0.0004% of the issued share capital of the Company.
