Annual Report and AGM
The Directors of Sirius Minerals Plc (AIM: SXX, OTCQX: SRUXY) ("Sirius" or "the Company") are pleased to announce that the Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") or applicable notices have been posted to shareholders.
The AGM will be held at 11.30am on Tuesday 23 September 2014 at The Royal York Hotel & Events Centre, Station Road, York YO24 1AA and the Notice for the AGM can be found on pages 90 to 93 of the Annual Report.
