SWP Group plc are pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting yesterday were duly passed unanimously including, inter-alia, the resolution proposing a maiden dividend of 0.2p per ordinary share. The dividend will be paid on the 4th January 2011 in respect of shareholders on the record as at 17th December 2010.

Current trading ahead of closure of the six month period ending 31st December 2010 remains on track and in line with the Board's expectations.
