NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS/ PDMRs
Awards made on 27 May 2011 over ordinary shares of the Company under The Savills plc Performance Share Plan (the "Plan") have now become unconditional following the satisfaction of performance conditions attaching to them.
In satisfaction of the Plan awards made on 27 May 2011, the Company has today allotted shares to Directors and other persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") of the Company as follows:-
