20 June 2016Board changeThe Board of Lakehouse notes the announcement today by Homeserve plc regarding the appointment of Johnathan Ford to the new position of Group Chief Operating Officer.As a result of taking on this new and expanded role at Homeserve, Johnathan has informed the Board that he will step down as a non-executive director of Lakehouse with immediate effect. The Board of Lakehouse would like to thank Johnathan for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his new role at Homeserve.The Senior Independent Director of Lakehouse, Robert Legget has agreed to be Interim Chair of Audit Committee. Robert is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, qualifying in 1973. A further announcement will be made in due course.
