The Company was notified on 4 November 2019 that on 1 November 2019 Paul Hardy, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 2.24p per Share.
Following the transaction, the combined beneficial holding of Paul Hardy is 6,808,744 Shares, representing approximately 0.86% of the issued share capital of the Company.
