Sumo Group announces that David Wilton, Chief Financial Officer, has purchased 12,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
The purchase took place on 22 November 2018 at a price of 138 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, David's interest in Ordinary Shares is 64,070 representing approximately 0.04 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
