The grants are being made under the Spiritel Plc Share Option Scheme. Theoptions will vest as to 50 per cent of the granted amounts on the firstanniversary of the date of grant and as to the remainder on the secondanniversary of the date of grant. Following this grant, the total number of options and warrants in issue is87,257,491, representing 27.6 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of316,233,646.
