The following amendments have been made to the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released on 28 February 2017 at 07.00am under RNS number 9879X.
"Stobart Group Ltd, the infrastructure and support services group, has today been notified that, on 24 February 2017, Warwick Brady, Deputy CEO of the Group acquired 27,100 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a weighted average price of 191.7 pence per Ordinary Share."
The Template for notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities has also been updated to reflect the amendment to the date of the transaction. All other details remain unchanged.
