The company has been informed that in order to raise funds for a forthcoming property purchase Ben Whawell, Finance Director, sold 30,000 ordinary shares on 4 August at 149 pence per share. Following this transaction, Ben Whawell, remains interested in 67,906 shares, representing 0.026% of the Company's issued share capital.
The company has also been informed that Richard Butcher, Deputy Chief Executive, sold 88,500 ordinary shares on 5 August at 148.5 pence per share, also to fund a forthcoming property purchase. Following this transaction, Richard Butcher, remains interested in 3,880 shares, representing 0.0015% of the Company's issued share capital.
