Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

STM Group Plc (AIM:STM), the multi jurisdictional financial services group, is pleased to announce that printed copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 have been distributed to shareholders together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and form of proxy. The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11 am on Wednesday 21 May 2014 at 18 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man.
