Stilo International PLC06 October 2005 6th October 2005 Stilo International plc Directorate Change Stilo International plc ("Stilo" or the "Company"), the XML content engineeringcompany announces that, due to his other business commitments, Mr RichardAlsept, Finance Director, has informed the Board that he is no longer able tocontinue as an Executive Director of the Company. He has therefore resignedfrom his position with immediate effect. Richard will continue in the role ofGroup Financial Controller and Company Secretary. Mr Barry Welck, Chairman, thanked Richard for his contribution as FinanceDirector and welcomed that fact that he will continue to assist Stilo in hisrole as Company Secretary and Financial Controller.
