Total Voting Rights
The Company's issued share capital at the date of this announcement consists of 698,007,642 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 698,007,642.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The Company announced on 8 May 2014 that, following the admission of 148,179,476 Ordinary Shares the issued share capital of the Company would consist of 696,607,642 Ordinary Shares. This figure was incorrect and should have been 698,007,642 Ordinary Shares.
