Board Changes

The Board of West African Diamonds plc ('the Company') announces that Non-Executive Director Roy Pitchford has offered his resignation from the board of the Company following his resignation from the board of African Minerals Limited. 

Roy Pitchford was nominated to the board of the Company by African Minerals Limited and as such feels it appropriate to resign now he is no longer a Director of African Minerals Limited.
