On 15 September 2017, Mrs Jackson exercised 715,449 Joint Ownership Equity (JOE) Agreement options and sold 110,563 shares at a price of £2.439 per ordinary 10p share to fund the dry tax liability due as a result of the exercise of the JOE. The JOE agreement was put in place prior to the IPO in October 2013 and following Mrs Jackson's exercise, is now finalised and dissolved.
