Awards under the Company's Performance Share Plan and Special 2017 Share Option Plan
Stock Spirits Group PLC (the "Company") announces that on 15 March 2017 options over ordinary shares in the Company have been granted to the following directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") under the rules of the Company's Performance Share Plan (the "PSP") and its Special 2017 Share Option Plan.

No consideration was paid for the grant of any option.
The vesting of the options under the PSP is subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions over a three-year performance period. Details of the performance conditions applying to the Executive Directors' options will be set out in the Company's 2016 Directors' Remuneration Report.
Options granted under the Special 2017 Share Option will vest following the announcement by the Company of its results for its 2018 Financial Year, subject to the Remuneration Committee's assessment that the performance of the participant and the underlying financial performance of the group is satisfactory.
