Notification of Dealing (PDMRs and PCAs)
Secure Trust Bank PLC, announces it was notified on 27 January 2020 that Mr Neeraj Kapur, a PDMR of the Company, sold 1,000 ordinary shares of 40 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,556 pence on 24 January 2020. The Company was also notified on 27 January 2020 by Mr Kapur that a person closely associated to him has sold 1,300 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1,564.5 pence on 24 January 2020.
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014 and was authorized for release by the Disclosure Committee of the Company.
