Director/PDMR Shareholding

Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has been notified that on 24 November 2023, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Interim Chairman of the Company, purchased 2,000,000 shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at £0.2355 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited has a resulting

Notifiable interest in 35,548,700 Ordinary Shares.
